What does it mean that your items are custom made?
99% of our items are custom-made for you. There are a few items for women and men that are printed on pre-assembled garments to offer variety. Each custom-made item is constructed based on your individual order. Each item is sewn by hand with great care, craftsmanship and a dose of love sprinkled in (really). We use modern, high-quality, luxurious touch fabrics for all our clothing and accessories, part of why we call our style “Casual Luxury.”
Who is your designer?
All our items are designed by Katie Geddes.
Where are your items made?
All our clothing and accessories are made in the U.S.A. with fabrics sourced from the U.S. and internationally. Rugs are made in the U.S., India and Asia from our original designs. We only work with companies who practice fair trade.
Will I take my usual size?
Be sure to check sizing charts for each item, as items vary in their sizing; it’s your responsibility to note this when ordering and it’s shared on each product page. Some items run small and some run large so please check before you place your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production begins as soon as you place an order. Items are finished within 1-7 days of purchase (timing is different for different items’ complexity and work loads) and then shipped immediately according to the method you choose (standard or expedited). Once shipped, it usually takes 3-8 business days in the U.S. to arrive at your door, depending on your location. International shipping times may vary. See more shipping info under Policies.
Will items be sent in one package?
You will usually receive your items together, however, occasionally if there is a delay creating an individual item, you may get your order in separate packages.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations because it goes immediately into production so it can get to you as quickly as possible.

Make sure that your discount code is applied before you check out. Embodywear is not responsible for any discount code not applied during checkout. Embodywear reserves the right to not apply any discount code.

USA: 3-8 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order Never Arrived
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
Our items are custom-made expressly for you at the time you place your order. Should you have a size question or know an item isn’t right for you, return your item within 14 days from the time you received your order to be eligible for a refund. Your refund will be processed once we receive your item. Returns must be in their original condition to be eligible for refund.
Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.
Since our items are custom-made, a new item will always be made for you. Should you desire a new item, please return the incorrect item and place a new order for your desired item.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us within a week’s time and we’ll make it right for you. To submit a refund request, e-mail us at email@example.com.
Our payment processor is PayPal Pro, one of the world’s largest and most secure online payment processors, processing over $3 million every day. You can pay with major credit cards or PayPal.
All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. PayPal stays up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
